Project Description
No. 1: Main bottom frame was wholly milled by German imported 6 meter planer type
milling, which error is only than 0.05mm. Double layer trusses welding, bending resistance
is far more better thin metal bending beam.
No. 2: Infrared heating and fan-drying system are integrated into one set, which make
the printing dry more quickly.
No. 3: Imported 400W Panasonic AC servo motor system, the powerful motor can keep
the printing work for long time.
No.4: Adopt the Double rail, make sure the long use in printing and head carrier moves
steadily and quietly. The German IGUS chain has been certified with its quality.
No. 5: JADE JD10 printer is applied with Konica Minolta 1024i super wide printhead,
8 heads cover over 144mm printing width, completely promotes gorgeous colors and
hurricane speed.
